Policies

LATE 
If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end at its original time. 
Any late arrivals, more than 15 minutes, will need rescheduling.

KIDS
To guarantee the comfort and safety of all persons in the salon, I do not allow children to accompany clients. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled. Children are able to receive services, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the duration of the service.

REFUND
If you are unhappy with your service, I will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the services performed, I do not offer refunds. You have 48 hours to make contact to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.

PRIVACY
Customer information on file is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. I do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties.

RIGHT TO REFUSE
I have the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with any persons in the salon, or can pose a threat to the business.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
The safety of my co-workers and clients is my utmost priority, If you are suffering from any contagious infection, I recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better, You may be asked to wear a mask or get your temperature tested.

PETS

Animals are not allowed in the salon. Service animals, of course, are permitted but may be asked to wear protective equipment. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. This does not mean that I don't want to see your furry friends, as pictures are encouraged.
